Customer service is weak

First of all the way they pack the product is bad. One of the products I got got crushed when delivered. Also it was a return product. I took it to Tysons coach store the person I talk to didnt help. I kept what I got as it is.

Do not buy from Coach Outlet!

My address was changed in my account information yet Coach Outlet sent my order to my old address. I was told to get with UPS!!!! I am out of $260 dollars. I never got my order and they refused to send it to the correct address. The orders were Christmas gifts for my daughters. I am beyond anger and hurt. Coach Outlet does BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I felt emotional embarrassed and discriminated against in the Coach Outlet in Grand Prairie Texas

Today I was in the Coach outlet in Grand Prairie Texas I had a pair of shoes waiting on sale person once I got the sale man name Ines who just helped a white couple the lady he was helping couldnt weary he boat she want he offer to call different store and check different sizes hen he got done with him I asked for the price if the shoe I had in my hand he said he was not sure if it was 70 percent off but he will give me that price. He said that that was the only size I asked him to check another store he told me he could not because the store was full then I told him you just offer to check another store and size for the white couple but you tell me you cant because the store is full. I felt very discriminated against and very emotional embarrassed I walked over to 2 other people standing at the door who just so happened been the manger name Gabriel he went to talked to the person who told me that but. Gabriel also stated they dont nominal check and I said well why did he offer to the white couple??? Order cancelled 50% of the time!!

I've purchased a lot of items from this website. However, a successful transaction with confirmation email do not guarantee that you will receive your items! After a few hours or a day, I receive emails saying my orders has been cancelled. It's so frustrating! Talking to the customer service is a waste of time. They do not know what's going on. I ordered an item on the phone one time, never received the confirmation email, but my card was charged. When called, they did even know a transaction had taken place. Buggy website. Will try other brand for sure!

Still haven't gotten my packages yet I sent back package u sent me that was wrong stuff, need speak with agent.still not resolved. Now no items to give for Xmas..

they need watch there packing dept. 2 scarves were sent in ton of bubble wrap to weigh down package yet my purchase of handbags jewelry wallets were never Sent as i ordered. I called. They put in to re ship .

I sent there scarves back. Still no items they owe me in sight? They need watch there inside packing dept. bags dont come up missing & not sent just because they have legs.

Guess ask my money back n go Louis Vuitton .. I knew I shouldnt of trusted my Christmas gifts be given from here. I will never shop there online options again. If I shop here ever again , I will just go into the store.

Happy holidays not. Im very upset.

I have the WORST Experience with Coach outlet they have lied and told me that a Supervisor would call back within 24 hrs this was put in on 1/10/22 and till today 1/17/22 I still have yet to received a call I have called in over 6 times or more trying to resolve my problem and yet nothing is done

My package was missing

UPS left my package at mailbox which is located on the street side. When I got the email that my package was delivered I checked and couldnt find it. I emailed and called, the customer service was very nice and helpful. I got a replacement within days. The only issue was UPS did she same thing again even though signature required upon delivery. Luckily I was able to ran outside and get it.

Unstatisfied

I have purchased 8 items from Coach within the last year, the last order I wanted to cancel. I called within 20 minutes of placing the order and they informed me I could not cancel. This is absolutely not acceptable. I will not be ordering or purchasing any more Coach products. There are other brands that are just as good or better to buy. As soon as it arrives it will be returned. And I will unsubscribe to any emails.

Received the incorrect product

I have been emailing with Customer Support for a few days, they have not been very helpful to me. They sent me the wrong color for the wallet that I ordered. Now they want me to send it back so they can mail out the correct one, however, I shouldn't have to pay the shipping for a mistake that they made. I am very frustrated that I am not getting any assistance with this!

Love my bag ,but every time I go to a store the metal detector go off ,it's both annoying and embarrassing so don't really want to carry it anymore.
