Coach Outlet to request repairs on (2) bags with peeling patent leather straps. I was informed my purchase was over a year & it would cost $90 for replacement handles.

Obviously, Coach is aware of these handles cracking. Coach requires me to get a $90 repair on obviously defective materials. The clerk suggested I find a shoe repair to replace defective handles at a cheaper price. This bag was $300, can I only expect the handles to last 1 year & get replacements.

As an over 30 year customer, I am disgusted at this method of Customer care!! This seems to be Coach’s new customer service, ripping off customers with inferior materials & not replacing.

Product or Service Mentioned: Coach Handbag.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $180.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: The, Poor quality of handbags, Not getting what i paid for.
