I have never received my order placed on July 4th, 2025 that saying delivered. Please I need help, I tried to send a message to pay pal and they said I need to contact coach factory outlet.

Coach Outlet - Problem with shipping date

I'm very upset. I've been emailing and calling Coach for over 8 days now with no return communication except the very first call when I actually got in touch with a human being who confirmed their guarantee to me that my package would be delivered before Mother's Day because it was ordered in plenty of time for their other-day delivery guarantee.

But it seems it took about 3 days to print a shipping label, then it sat there for 4 days, then it stopped in Washington for an additional 4 days, and it is supposed to be delivered by tomorrow or Sunday morning.

They will say it won't be delivered until Monday evening possibly the earliest. I'm extremely pissed off at this point.

Preferred solution: want package delivered guaranteed by Coach want an immediate delivery & apology, refund. Only seeing mom this day - I've been forced to replace gift elsewhere because it won't be delivered on time, costing me much more money & time.

No los llamo para decir el error de ellos. Me dicen que no pueden hacer la corrección, que yo tengo la opción de pedir la misma mercancía con la dirección correcta, que cuando llegue la notificación de UPS de que el primer pedido saldrá del almacén, que los llame para que ellos le indiquen a UPS que la devuelvan al almacén, así me harán el reembolso y yo recibiré los otros a la dirección correcta.

Pues no es verdad, solo quieren darme un crédito de Coach.

Yo no quiero eso, yo pagué por unos que no me llegarán y por otros que llegarán. No es justo.

Mercancía comprada donde la dirección está incorrecta, por lo tanto no la recibiré. Me indican que puedo hacer otro pedido con la dirección correcta.

Ahora me dicen que no hay reembolso, que un crédito para usarlo en coach. Pagué 176.18, es el total de la que no recibiré y la de la dirección correcta.

I waited forever to get this purse and nit only do they send the wrong item they refused to send the correct one. Now I'm stuck with some purse I didn't even buy and out my money after I waited forever for them to get it in stock..they didn't do anything to fix their mistake and after his they completely lost me as a customer.

They didn't care at all they completely ruined an event I had..and didn't care I didn't end up with what I paid for. Now I have to go through all this to return this one and hopefully get my money back. Beyond a let down. The fact they could care less really shocked me.

I'm done spending my money there you don't get what you buy anyways. Why would I? The mfkr that messed my order up should of lost their job bc they didn't do it anyway. I guarantee won't nothing even be said to them.

So their aloud to treat their customers however and it's bs. Yall are fn sorry for this and I'm not playing.

You have beyond let me down as a customer and you won't get another dime from me not that you care. Purse I bought was white not black in color.

If you still have the wrong item, how do you know they are refusing to send the correct one? Step one is returning what you did receive and waiting for a refund.

Then reorder. You don’t honestly believe you get to keep the supposed wrong item AND get another resent?

STOLEN MONEY

I bought the denim Rowan, had it sent out.. UPS delivered to the wrong house, so I called and they issued me a merchandise card to order anther bag.

So I did that over the phone with one of there representatives. Well after 2 days of no email confirmation I knew something was wrong so I called to check on my order.. was told there was a glitch in the system and my order was canceled so they would need to escalate it to get my Money back on the card to reorder the bag again.

So I waited another 2 days and called back and then I was told they have no idea why the money is not on my card and they will escalate it again.. I waited another 2 days and now I'm being told that the money was used online to buy a bag and a wallet..

by one of there agents!!! One of there agents stole my money and they are now refusing to give me a refund. I live in Michigan and it was sent to South Carolina and they still say i may have been apart of it. SMH!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER.

I have yet heard back from anyone about my review. I will never shop Coach again and I have spent a lot of money over the years. I now shop Majors… This is NOT how you treat your customers, making the customer feel like a criminal.

I went into the store and had the worst experience ever with the manager and some employees. I was told I could return an item and after further review, she made me feel like a criminal because I had no receipt and it was a gift.

I have shopped in this store on numerous occasions and never felt this type of experience. They were of no help and the purse that I was going to purchase, I decided I would no longer do business at this store.

They contacted me on my issue the very next day. Very prompt.

They can’t do anything for me because it’s past 30 days and it’s something to do with the leather. They told me I could bring it in to a store but I’m too far away. Very disappointed with their response..

it’s only a couple months old and I don’t want to use the way it’s looks. I won’t support coach in the future.

I will never support Coach. So disappointed in the customer service.

They basically said they can’t do anything for me. They only can do anything if it’s within 30 days.

I purchased the bag in August ( it was a couple months) it’s not like I had the bag for a couple years. VERY disappointing.

I called customer service today to ask what they could do to help me fix the problem, they only guarantee for 30 days ( Im 2 months out of the purchase date) and advised to go into a store ( Im at least a couple hours away) to evaluate. Very disappointed. I love the bag but I really cant use it ( it doesnt look nice now) I wont be a customer any longer.

I accidentally placed an order before it was completed. When I called customer service to cancel the order, I was told it couldn't be cancelled.

Regardless, all items will be returned. I just had major surgery, but they don't care.

Me too, Coach is my badest experience ever. My old adress is still on my PayPal I click to buy and suppose to have a window to put my correct adress, it was Black Friday & the system is glitching.

I called them to change the adress or cancel the purchase they can’t help. They don’t stop to say apologize and Sorry hundreds times without helping me. UPS also told me they should be able to help me because they have the order. I also recommend Fossil.

I lost my money & my time over the phone with Coach. Badest experience & employees ever.

I purchased saddle bag after receiving notice that the black bag with grommets was unavailable. When the black was delivered with the saddle color one I wanted to return it

( as I didnt want 2 ). Return was handled by phone and I look forward to my refund!

Regarding recent order

My Tabby backpack in the color brown did not include the coach sack / the coach tag that hangs on the outside of the bag. I am vey disappointed, I paid too much money for this bag to be missing any items.

My questions now is the bag authentic or is it fake? Why would I receive missing items?

Shipping charge on exchange.

I needed to exchange shoes for a larger size and was told shipping was free on exchanges. I clearly marked that it was an exchange, but it was treated as a refund and they deducted $7 for shipping.

So when all is said and done, I will have paid $21 for shipping.

I called. The person I spoke with could not understand the issue, put me on hold and disconnected me.
